  1. Why train with TWPT?

    We are a dedicated personal training gym. No monthly memberships, no queuing for equipment, and the full attention and guidance of a personal trainer every time you work out.
  2. Do you have parking?

    Yes, we have 2 parking spaces right next to our front door. In the event you can't find a space, there is a car park less than 1 minutes walk from the gym.
  3. Do you have showers?

    Yes.
  4. How many times a week do I need to train?

    Some people train every day, some people just come once a month to learn some new exercises or get some advice. It all depends on what your aims are and what you can afford. You can always mix up your sessions with some classes or a gym program to get more out of training with us.
  5. What if I’m really unfit?

    Most people who do personal training start off as unfit people. We are all used to training people who need that extra bit of help so don't worry.
  6. Can I exercise if I'm pregnant?

    Yes of course. There are very strict rules on what you can and can’t do when pregnant, so training with a personal trainer really is the best way of keeping fit while pregnant, and also getting your shape back in the months after.
