Ready for a fresh start with both new and long-standing clients, TWPT are excited to announce the expansion of their portfolio with a brand new, dedicated gym and studio space.
Located conveniently in the centre of Tunbridge Wells, the new studio is tucked away on a quiet courtyard on Goods Station Road and has been purposefully designed to maximise the potential for each individual client, benefiting from the new state-of-the-art equipment and facilities. The TWPT team are looking forward to continuing their work with clients here, using their unique approach to training to achieve real, lasting results.
The TWPT Ethos
It can be difficult to know where to start on your health and fitness journey. While knowing the results we want to achieve, figuring out how to get there often isn’t clear. Following an initial free consultation, you’ll be matched with a TWPT personal trainer who will take the time to discuss and understand your personal fitness goals and who will support you to achieve them and stay on track.
TWPT is a welcoming and inclusive gym offering a holistic approach to health and fitness. That means regardless of experience or what you want to accomplish, everyone can benefit from one-to-one personal training.
How TWPT Get Results
From the very first session, the TWPT team works with you to build long-term healthy habits. That means understanding what motivates you and finding a solution that fits into your current lifestyle, ensuring results are always attainable. Each of the 8 trainers at TWPT specialise in different disciplines, which means there is always someone perfectly suited to helping you achieve your goals and keep you accountable from start to finish.
Whilst training plans are fully flexible, they’ll make bespoke recommendations to ensure every session provides maximum benefit – whether that’s training three times a week at a time that suits you, or checking in, just once a month to help you stay on track.
Finally, they’ll create a custom training and nutrition plan that not only works to get the results you want, but also fits around your lifestyle.
We’ve Expanded Our Team
Thanks to an increase in demand, TWPT have also taken on two new full-time team members.
Now able to accommodate more clients than ever, Luke French and Nathan Moseley will be working hard at the new studio alongside the rest of the team.
Luke is an accomplished trainer with more than seven years of experience under his belt, and has a passion for getting great results and resistance training. Nathan will be a familiar face for some having been a part-time trainer at TWPT for 2 years, specialising in resistance training, boxing and weight loss.
