Boxing

This full-body workout is as fun as it is effective. We have three professional boxing instructors with over 20 years of boxing and mixed martial arts experience each. Our 1-to-1 boxing lessons will teach you how to properly throw a punch while hitting your fitness goals, don’t worry there’s no sparring or physical contact, it’s all about having fun and getting fit!
 
If you find going to the gym a little repetitive, boxing is the perfect way to make exercise exciting and mix things up a little. Whether you’re a complete beginner or are experienced with a heavy bag, our trainers will help you improve your technique and build on your speed, strength and agility.
