We specialise in tailoring weight loss programmes to the individual. We will develop a bespoke programme for you, using the best scientifically proven exercise and nutritional advice, which will help you lose weight in a quick and sustainable way.
Lower back pain is a common challenge that we come across at TWPT. Each of our trainers have attended courses and have been trained and mentored to deal with the management of Lower back pain.
Our Mount Pleasant studio benefits from being placed right next to the Tunbridge Wells train station. Our dynamic team here specialise in improving general fitness, weight loss, lower back pain, resistance training and can even incorporate boxing into their personal training sessions.

Our new Goods Station Road studio that opened April 2021. Our trainers here have a passion for resistance training and have a track record of achieving great results for their clients. If you’re looking to lose weight, improve the way you look, get stronger or get back to training after an injury, our highly experienced team at Goods Station road will be able to help.
The studio benefits from having an on-site osteopath, who works alongside TWPT to provide support for our clients with lower back pain.
