Your fitness matters. That is why we have the best trainers in Tunbridge Wells. All of them have their own specialities and their own ways of getting results. No matter who you choose to train with, all of our trainers are highly professional, friendly and totally committed to putting together highly effective, varied sessions that get results. All of our trainers are available from 6am until 10pm and are happy to fit around busy schedules.
Dan Green

Dan Green

Dan has been in the industry for 10 years and in this time has worked with a wide range of clients with different health and fitness goals, working with people looking to achieve weight loss, muscle building and general fitness, whilst also clients looking to maintain fitness during pre and post natal, helping people suffering from lower back pain and working through injury rehabilitation.

Dan believes to get the best results a holistic approach is required by not only providing training programmes but also looking at a clients nutrition, stress management and sleep hygiene. Dan also mentors trainers who are building their experience in the industry both from within the studio and from other gyms.

Jonathan Manners

Jonathan Manners

Jon is a personal trainer with an unbelievable ability to get results. Specialising in weight loss, boxing, weight training, pre and post natal and working with injured clients.

If you are experiencing back pain or have a history of injuries that you feel may stop you from training, Jon's intelligent, methodical approach, will allow you to get the most out of your sessions, getting results whilst at the same time addressing these issues.

Jon also uses his extensive boxing and martial arts experience (over 10 years) to create sessions that are a great way to get fit if you are looking for something different to a 'normal' gym session.

Sam Rathmell

Sam Rathmell

Sam is a great all round trainer who puts together really fun, varied sessions inside and outside the gym, he holds a Sports Science degree from Loughborough University and has an extensive background in Judo and Mixed Martial Arts. Sam’s areas of expertise include nutrition, weight training, fat loss, pre and post natal pregnancy and boxing.

He also has great knowledge and understanding of sport specific training and lower back pain reduction which he combines within his sessions to get the most out of his clients. Sam has built a great reputation with his clients through his friendly, motivational manner and the results he has achieved with them.

Jamie Wagland

Jamie Wagland

Jamie has been a personal trainer for 5 years and in that time has continued his development in many areas. Originally concentrating on muscle building, strength training and nutrition, Jamie has spent the last 2 years building his skills in injury rehabilitation with particular focus on shoulders, lower back and knees. He has built a strong track record of success with clients in all areas and continues to develop himself in order to continually improve as a trainer through personal development and mentoring. Jamie has strong communication skills and an infectious passion that makes all his sessions enjoyable.

Tom Theobald

Tom Theobald

Tom has been personal training for three years since completing his degree in Fitness and Personal Training. He has a particular interest in biomechanics and postural correction, which comes in useful even during strength sessions or weight loss sessions as he can tailor each exercise to work in the most optimal way for each client.

He is also able to keep sessions fun with his vast kickboxing experience and ability to vary sessions from week to week. As with all of our trainers, Tom is friendly and professional and knows how to use nutrition alongside training to get results.

Vicky Young

Vicky Young

Vicky has been in the fitness industry for just over 2 years, having originally come from a chefing background. Over this time she has continued her development by taking courses in non-specific lower back pain, studying injury rehabilitation, working on and building her nutritional knowledge, and mentoring with Dan once a week.

Vicky can help with weight loss, toning, muscle building and can help with integrating nutrition into your day-to-day lifestyle. Vicky creates a relaxed and professional environment for you to work in and is great at putting you at ease whilst still getting the best out of you at the right pace.
