Our primary gym is in Mount Pleasant, right next to the Tunbridge Wells train station. Our dynamic team specialise in improving general fitness, weight loss, lower back pain, and resistance training. No. We offer a unique 1-2-1 exercise experience, so our gyms are exclusively for personal training. Our dedicated team of professional personal instructors are here to train you directly and help you reach new fitness goals.
Our gyms are stocked with all the relevant equipment you need to effectively work out. We stock a range of free weights and machines, and we even have yoga mats, medicine balls, punching bags, and weighted ropes. Our gyms also have showers, toilets, and changing rooms.
