If you’re a complete beginner, you can start boxing once a week to break up the repetitiveness of going to the gym. The great thing about boxing, though, is that you can increase that to three times a week without overworking your body.

Our boxing trainers start at £50 a session.

It’s a common misconception that boxing is an unsafe sport. As long as you’re not fighting competitively, you shouldn’t worry too much about injuring yourself. In fact, TWPT’s 1-to-1 boxing sessions are completely safe. Without sparring and with the constant supervision of our professional trainers, you’re never at risk of injury.
