Life coaching takes a holistic approach, looking at the whole picture of mental and physical health, both of which are part of an interconnected human system and can’t be viewed in isolation.

What is involved in life coaching with TWPT?

1) In an initial consultation, together, we will explore a holistic view of your wellbeing, both physical and mental, to identify the most important areas to focus on and which will have the biggest and most positive impact on your life. This will help to gain a full understanding of you as a person and your priorities.

2) We will explore ways to understand the persistent problems and obstacles you are facing, looking at your barriers to success.

3) The style is a global, integrated one, rather than the isolated, reductionist approach, often used by the traditional medical system. Biological, psychological and social factors could all be explored in the sessions.

4) Once an understanding of the issues and goals have been established, we will create a plan, with meaningful, positive actions. These actions will be in line with your values in manageable steps for positive change.

5) Work and actions could consist of methods for behavioural change, frameworks to change psychological mindset, introspective work or programmes for amending health behaviours e.g. forming positive sleep habits, improving nutrition and enforcing positive exercise habits.

6) Throughout, we will review progress, reflect and update goals.

Our purpose built therapy room creates a private, quiet, secluded, safe space for reflection to help gain clarity on an often busy, overwhelming and stressful life. The therapy room is part of an exclusive private personal training studio which allows us to meet physical and psychological needs.

James’s fees are £80 for an hours Life Coaching session.
