TWPT is a welcoming and inclusive dedicated personal training gym in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. Our approach means that anyone, regardless of experience or ability, can find a workout routine that works for them.
Upon joining you’ll be matched with a personal trainer who will design a bespoke exercise program tailored to your own unique needs, aims and personality.


Because we believe diet and exercise go hand in hand when it comes to achieving your health goals, you will also be supported with personalised solid scientific nutritional advice, cutting through the often confusing and conflicting information out there.


Your personal trainer will then work with you on a one-to-one basis throughout your fitness journey, guiding you every step, squat and sit-up of the way!
