Taking the first step into a gym or working with a Personal Trainer can be a challenge for some, at TWPT we pride ourselves in making it as easy as possible to get started.

If you’re nervous about getting started, don’t worry our style of personal training at TWPT doesn’t involve overly intense first sessions or lots of PT’s shouting.

To start with, we offer a free consultation and show around the gyms. We want to get to know you, your needs and to define what goals you may have, this helps us guide you to the right member of our team, who will work well with you and get you results.

After your initial consultation, the next step is your first exercise session. Our team of trainers always like to do movement based assessments on the first session, this allows us to find an appropriate starting point for exercise, and to also get to know how your body, joints and muscles work.

This allows our personal trainers to build an exercise programme that’s appropriate for you - often with exercises that are tweaked and specific to your needs - so you can safely exercise and get the results you need.

Our trainers slowly up the intensity as your fitness, health and condition increases week on week.

To supplement the above exercise programme, we will also focus on other pillars of health - where possible - such as sleep, nutrition and mental well being.

As with the exercise programming we offer a personalised approach to our health coaching, for example with nutrition we focus on your lifestyle requirements and create an approach that suits your needs, sometimes making small - achievable - changes over a longer period of time to get results.

All throughout our TWPT trainers will have your back and be there to help with accountability.
